The Assistant Site Manager/Fuels OM&R Manager (ASM) is responsible for meeting the Fuels Systems operation, maintenance and repair work requirements according to the performance work statement to include scheduling of personnel, work supervision and quality control. The ASM shall provide management support for the whole work scope of Warm Base Facilities Maintenance, Exercise/Operations Support and Real-World Deployment operating support services as well. The Site Manager (SM)/Assistant Site Manager (ASM) team plans, monitors and controls all project activities through the use of functional area-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures Quality and Safety requirements are met or exceeded. Services provided shall include inspections, preventive maintenance, corrosion control and system operational analysis for Real Property, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Fuel Systems and Building Control Systems for Warm Base Maintenance Services in order to provide full operational capability within 7 days’ notice of an exercise at the base. If an exercise/operation is extended, the SM/ASM shall stand up operations to support MWR, billeting, custodial and DFAC services for inbound units. The ASM shall function as the SM in his/her absence and works with a Fuel Systems Technician to provide safe, efficient, accurate and environmentally responsible services and products. Responsibilities Major Responsibilities: + Responsible for oversight and performance of preventative and operator maintenance, repair and inspection to maintain all fuel distribution systems and equipment as listed in the performance work statement. Services include, but are not limited to: fuel spill response, operate all fuels equipment, perform diesel refueling for generators, light carts and heavy equipment and vehicles, perform diesel and aviation fuel receipt operations and track inventory, perform quality control of diesel; account for and ensure proper operation and serviceability of all GFP, tanks, bladders, hoses, and fuel servicing equipment to support minimum-notice exercises and contingency operations to be supported by USG personnel. + Responsible for assisting in the overall management, execution, and personnel supervision of Warm Base Operations Support functions as described in the Performance Work Statement. Such functions include, but are not limited to: inspections, preventive maintenance and repair and operations of power generation systems, electrical distribution systems, HVAC and refrigeration systems, communication manholes, water distribution system, waste water collection system, locksmith services, structural services, utility services, pest management services, heavy equipment/operator services, water and fuel systems, waste management, hazardous waste storage area, water/sewer systems, pavement, supply, minor construction work, customer service, extinguisher exchange, aircraft arresting systems, key control, bottle and bulk water delivery and distribution, light carts, and vehicle inspections. + Shall be located on site at all times during standard duty hours to oversee and perform all contracted operations and be available within four hours to meet with Government personnel as needed. Shall meet with the contracting officer, contract administrator, government’s quality assurance person and other government personnel as deemed necessary. + Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, leading by example, coaching/developing team members, fostering collaboration and good team work, and providing clean, professional and well-maintained work centers. + Performs on site internal quality control checks and self-performance audits for the whole project to ensure each functional area performs quality and safety checks/controls on a daily basis and reports the information through their command chain. + Responsible for following and maintaining a comprehensive quality and safety program in compliance with OSHA, Vectrus, and United States Air Force (USAF) requirements. + Responsible for following, maintaining and ensuring on-site documentation records of the Vectrus training program and required job specific certifications. + Responsible for assistance with completion of all contractual matters, operations reports and CDRL reports at designated site/location in conjunction with the Site Manager and Program Management Office. + Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Shall implement vehicle SOPs to track drivers, inspections, fuel and incidents. + Manage subcontracts put in place to support contract requirements and monitor OCN labor as needed in accordance with AFCENTI 32-1002. + Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Shall function as the Site Manager in his/her absence. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + Must have a High School diploma or equivalent, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred. + Must have three (3) years' of experience in Fuels Management Functions such as AFSC 2F0X1 or similar background. + Must have a current valid visa14 or 18 for Kuwait. + Must have a current, valid U. S. Passport and U. S. Driver’s License. + Must pass Controlled Movement Area flight line driving test upon arrival to site. + Must have and maintain a valid U. S. SECRET Security Clearance prior to deployment. + Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently. + Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc. + Candidates must successfully complete both online and hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defense training. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD provided protective gear. Experience: + A minimum of five years' of experience managing base operations support. Specific areas of expertise must include electrical systems, heat, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and aircraft arresting systems. + Must be capable of managing a diverse workforce. + Management experience to include supervision of employees, completed required reports, and dealing professionally with the customer. Skills : + Excellent communication, analytical, project management and supervisory skills. + Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point. + Able and willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirements + Military experience in a contingency environment and knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred. <p>Based on the agreed upon services and workflow, the Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing services in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care. Duties include but not limited to:</p>

<li>Telephonic follow up consultation</li>
<li>Monitoring of vital signs during home care; blood pressure, heart rate, temperature and oximeter statistics</li>
<li>Monitoring of blood glucose levels, and providing teaching and support for patient and family</li>
<li>Preparing medications as per physician order</li>
<li>Administrating medications and instruction on Medication such as Injections, IV s, inhalation, oral, infusions and rectal</li>
<li>Pain Management Medication monitoring and support for patients with acute or chronic health conditions</li>
<li>Education and counselling, consistent with the type/nature of treatment and/or care management need</li>
<li>Wound assessment and dressing changes</li>
<li>Providing general nursing care</li>
<li>Knowledge about Advanced Foot Care will be added value but not a must</li>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Non-Destruction Inspection Technician (NDI) III inspects aerospace weapon systems components and support equipment for structural integrity using nondestructive inspection methods and performs fluid analysis.</p><p>• Conduct the training and examination on all NDT methods to certify and to re- certify all operators and inspectors as outlined in NAS 410 or ASNT-CP-189.</p><p>• Determine test method and prepare fluids and parts for nondestructive inspection.</p><p>• Interpret nondestructive inspection test results and provide information about defects to repair center.</p><p>• Analyze wear metal content reports on engine lubricating oil and other fluids and recommend corrective action.</p><p>• Establish radiation areas for radiographic operations.</p><p>• Compute and monitor personal exposure areas for radiographic operations, and monitor personnel exposure data.</p><p>• Perform nondestructive inspection on structures, components, and systems.</p><p>• Detect flaws such as cracks, delamination s, voids, processing defects, and heat damage using penetrant, eddy current, magnetic particle, radiographic, optical, and ultrasonic test equipment.</p><p>• Determine metallurgical information of components according to alloy, temper, conductivity, and associated factors.</p><p>• Operate, maintain, and inspect nondestructive equipment.</p><p>• Perform operator maintenance and service inspections on shop equipment and tools.</p><p>• Ensure lock out and tag out procedures are accomplished prior to maintenance on equipment.</p><p>• Perform silver recovery functions.</p><p>• Handle and dispose of hazardous waste and materials</p><p>• Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li>Completion of high school or equivalent and U.S. military technical school or specialized training course is desired, certification of education level is required.</li><li>Trained and certified as an Examiner (Level III) to monitor the NDT Program, interpret codes, standards and other contractual documents that control the NDT method, will be certified to review their own x-rays.</li><li>Three (3) years experience as a Non Destructive Inspection (NDI).</li><li>A Valid US Passport is Required for deployment to Kuwait. The Passport must have 3 years remaining before expiring, and 6 Blank pages available at the time of hire and deployment.</li><li>Must be able to pass and clear CENTCOM Army MOD Physical and requirements for deployment (will attend CRC/ DIDC Training).</li><li>Must be able to obtain Kuwait PCC clearance and Visa, prior to deployment.</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt NAC-I (T1) Public Trust Security Clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. US Citizenship is required to obtain a Clearance and for facility credentials/authorization to work at this facility.</li><li>Have the skills and knowledge to interpret codes, standards, and other contractual documents that control the approved NDT method(s).</li><li>Capable of assuming technical responsibility for the NDT facility and staff.</li><li>Capable of selecting the method and technique for a specific inspection.</li><li>Capable of preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures in the method certified.</li><li>Approve NDT procedures and other NDT related work instructions for technical adequacy in the method in which they are certified.</li><li>Capable of providing or directing training, examination, and certification of personnel in the method in which they are certified.</li><li>Thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the technique/method in which they are certified.</li><li>Capable of providing the necessary guidance and supervision to trainers and personnel in the technique/method in which they are certified.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic systems or other technology as applicable to fabrication, repair, operation and maintenance requirements.</li><li>Efficient in record keeping and preparation of reports; capable of reviewing other people's work and determining accuracy and conformity to standards.</li><li>Proficient in the use of the Unit Level Logistics System-Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-AE), the current maintenance management system utilized to maintain Army aircraft forms and records.</li><li>Thorough comprehensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting/repair procedures and replacement of components.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of aircraft sheet metal/structural modification and repair and the ability to determine functionality of non-complex electrical systems.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, cable tensiometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers, etc. preferred.</li><li>Ability to provide technical support to structural/mechanical engineers and customers.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills in prioritizing workload to meet aircraft delivery schedule.</li><li>Must be able to walk and stand on level and/or inclined surfaces for extended periods throughout the day</li><li>Must be able to climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands</li><li>Must be able to crouch, crawl, grasp or handle objects, use finger dexterity, bend elbow/knee and reach above/below shoulders</li><li>May be required to lift heavy objects whose weight may exceed 50 pounds</li><li>Must be able to type using a standard keyboard to communicate through e-mail and various software applications</li><li>Will handle dirty parts and lubricants</li><li>Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Must be able to pass a Respirator Physical and Fit Test qualification</li><li>May be required to operate power vehicles, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment, fork lift, etc.</li><li>Must be able to lift/push/pull minimum of 50 pounds</li><li>May work in maintenance shop or outside</li><li>Must be able to work in a shop where the environment is drafty, noisy, and dirty</li><li>May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment</li><li>May be exposed to electrical shock hazards or work near moving mechanical parts or vehicles.</li></ul><p></p></section>
