Must be able to visually identify various tool components by type and size and explain the function of each. Promotes good customer relations at the well site, and ensures customer satisfaction with results. Skills are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and 3+years of experience in oil field drilling activities, including 2+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling. The role ensures reliable power distribution, supports preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and maintains compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Perform isolation and energization of all types of electrical switchgear in compliance with safety standards and procedures.• Execute POEFM electrical activities, including preparation, isolation, and implementation of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) across all units.• Restore and normalize electrical equipment after preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown activities, ensuring proper clearance of maintenance cards (MC).• Conduct quarterly load testing and synchronizing tests for generators and power systems.• Perform weekly run tests of emergency diesel generators to ensure operational readiness and reliability.• Carry out lighting system functional testing across all facilities.• Inspect and maintain grounding and bonding systems, ensuring cables are free from corrosion, mechanically intact, and have proper clamping and contact.• Monitor transformer conditions, including winding temperature, oil temperature, and oil levels.• Inspect transformer breather desiccant and ensure it is in proper working condition.• Check for oil leaks or abnormalities in transformers and associated equipment.• Prepare and manage Safe Work Permits (SWP) and Maintenance Cards (MC) for all electrical jobs.• Perform first-level troubleshooting of electrical faults and initiate corrective actions.• Reset and restore operations for LV motor overload relays, tripped lighting circuits, and ELCBs.• Demonstrate hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, including switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems.• Possess experience in diesel generator operation, synchronization, and testing.• Show competency in fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, and electrical inspections.• Be capable of interpreting electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation.• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, safety compliance, and operational reliability.</p><p></p></section>

Must be able to visually identify various tool components by type and size and explain the function of each. Skills are acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and 3+years of experience in oil field drilling activities, including 2+ years of underbalanced drilling and/or managed pressure drilling. The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations is required. Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required. Must have met the minimum competency requirements for Svc Operator-GBA.<br><br><b>Qualifications</b> <br><p>Diploma in Petroleum, or Mechanical, or Electrical or Electronics Engineering</p><br>
