Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and customer requirements.
Prepare and monitor production plans based on customer orders, machine capacity, manpower, and material availability.
Manage and coordinate production activities for Thermoforming and Plastic Extrusion processes.
Monitor production processes and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within plastic packaging manufacturing.
Monitor mold and die changes, ensuring proper machine setup and production start-up.
Monitor key production indicators, including output, efficiency, downtime, waste, and overall machine performance.
Identify production issues, troubleshoot operational problems, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production losses.
Ensure the proper utilization and availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
Monitor the consumption and availability of key raw materials, including PP, PET, HIPS, and PS.
Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Supervise production manpower and ensure the effective allocation of operators and helpers according to production requirements.
Prepare, review, and analyze daily production reports and performance data.
Ensure accurate and timely production transactions and data entry in the ERP system.
Utilize the ERP system for production planning, reporting, material consumption, and production control.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, optimize processes, and improve machine performance.
Ensure compliance with company Safety, Quality, and Production standards and procedures.
Identify production-related safety risks and participate in safety improvement initiatives.
Support basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with the Maintenance Team for technical issues and breakdowns.
Participate in process and machine improvements, new product trials, and new project implementation.
Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure proper follow-up and closure of production issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding manufacturing.
Strong practical experience in Injection Molding processes and plastic packaging manufacturing.
Hands-on experience with injection molding machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and related production equipment.
Good knowledge of plastic raw materials, including PP, PE, PET, PS, and other materials used in injection molding.
Practical experience with ERP systems, including production orders, production entries, material consumption, and production planning.
Experience in plastic packaging production or similar manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
