We are hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
. Supervise daily restaurant operations and front-of-house activities
. Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
. Coordinate and manage restaurant staff during shifts
. Monitor staff grooming, attendance, and performance
. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
. Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
. Support staff training and onboarding of new employees
. Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service operations
. Monitor inventory of restaurant supplies and report shortages
. Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
. Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets
. Prepare shift reports and maintain operational records

Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
. Previous supervisory experience in restaurants, cafés, or hotels preferred
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
. Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
. Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations
