The Kitchen Equipment Technician will focus on maintaining and repairing kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations in restaurants and food establishments. You will work closely with culinary teams, ensuring that all kitchen appliances are functioning optimally and ready for use, which directly impacts food preparation and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair of commercial kitchen equipment across all restaurant outlets.
- Troubleshooting, repair or replace defective components such as thermostats, heating elements, motors, valves, pumps, sensors, and control boards.
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and gas-related faults.
- Maintain service records and report recurring issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdown calls.
