Job Details

Main Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for Revenue generation
  • Active participation in Talent Acquisition & Talent Management
  • Oversees the day-to-day workflow of the clinic
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive, providing recommendations for promotion and salary adjustment as appropriate.
  • Collaborates with group management to set reasonable sales goals.
  • Collaborates with group management to set performance standards. Standards may be based on financial and operational goals and required compliance with internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
  • Identifies training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
  • Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients/patients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  • Participates in community activities to promote the organization and to build goodwill.
  • Collaborates with group management regarding advertising, marketing, and growth campaigns.
  • Assists with start-up, development, and growth of new or existing branches including significant maintenance projects.
  • Identify and budget resource requirements required for daily operation in addition to recommending plans to cut costs or better utilize resources.
  • Serve as liaison between clinical staff and group management as appropriate to organize, coordinate and ensure timely and accurate completion of all required processes.
  • Oversee collection, sales, and office expenses to meet budget targets.
  • Ensure proper and compliant medical and patient records.
  • Ensure all office equipment is functioning and maintained in an appropriate manner.
  • Collaborate with Medical Director to set up treatment protocols, training manuals and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for Medical & Non-Medical staff Schedules
  • Ensure the compliance of MOH Regulations
  • Responsible for maintaining high standard of patient experience
