Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, dental hygienists, technicians, and clinic administrators to grow market share.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and event participation.
- Present and demonstrate dental products, equipment, and consumables, highlighting features, benefits, and ROI.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations aligned with customer needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and service) to customize solutions and resolve customer issues.
- Provide post-sale follow-up, product training, and on-site support as required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements affecting dental practice purchasing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (preferred fields: Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Business, or related disciplines).
- Internship-level experience or recent graduate with a demonstrated interest in dental sales or healthcare.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus in Kuwait.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Customer-focused mindset, goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable using CRM systems and MS Office.
