<p>The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching Accounting and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Finance), maintain an active research and/or creative practice profile, and engage with contemporary technologies and methodologies. The appointee will contribute to undergraduate education, curriculum development, student mentorship, and institutional service within a collaborative and multicultural academic environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in Accounting and at least one additional tangential Business-related sub-discipline (e.g. Finance).</li><li>Integrate emerging technologies such as AI-assisted design tools, and interactive platforms into the curriculum.</li><li>Develop and update course content to reflect industry standards and accreditation requirements.</li><li>Maintain rigorous assessment standards.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>PhD in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar.</li><li>Proficient communication skills in English.</li><li>University teaching experience in the subject matter.</li><li>Industry experience in teaching field.</li><li>Commitment to excellence in teaching.</li></ul>
