We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Kuwait, Al Farwaniyah. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish compelling content across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok) that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Develop monthly content calendars, campaigns, and performance reports to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
- Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and manage online reputation.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams to produce multimedia content (graphics, video, copy) that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor social media trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to inform content and strategy.
- Execute paid social campaigns in collaboration with the paid media team, including budget tracking and performance analysis.
- Track, measure, and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth) using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Support social customer service initiatives by routing inquiries or issues as needed and maintaining brand consistency in responses.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, partnerships, and UGC campaigns to expand brand reach.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, native apps, and scheduling/monitoring tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Experience with content creation tools and basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) is preferred.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities in English; Arabic language skills are a plus given the Kuwait market.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, project management, and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local audience trends and regulatory considerations for social media in Kuwait.
