<p><h4>Job Description</h4> <p>The C-12/King Air Army Transport Aircraft Mechanic (FAA A&P) services, repairs, and overhauls assigned aircraft and subsystems to ensure airworthiness. <p>About the Role: We are seeking a competent Site Engineer specializing in civil pipeline works for marine GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) pipe installations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of GRP pipelines in marine and offshore environments, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and safety requirements. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for achieving the assigned financial targets set by the management</li> <li>Managing business inquiries for individual and group bookings, conference and events, food and beverage, outside catering and any other revenue center request</li> <li>Welcome guests, VIPs, delegations and royal families and attend to all their sales requirements during their stay</li> <li>Collaborate with internal and external contacts and colleagues to ensure the utmost experience possible to own guests</li> <li>Ensure achievement of the financial targets under assigned accounts and sector</li> <li>Maintain and develop close business relationships with institutions</li> <li>Educate and update contacts on product and services</li> <li>Report sales activities on a daily basis using the company’s standard reporting tools</li> <li>Organize business entertainment activities with clients and contacts to build relationships, educate on product and drive financial results</li> <li>Monitor the market closely and report news, happenings and market changes with direct effect on business</li> </ul> <h4>About you:</h4> <ul> <li>Should have 2-year minimum experience in the same role in a five-star hotel</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Principled negotiating skills</li> </ul> <h4>About the benefits:</h4> <p>We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in dinar (KWD), the local currency of Kuwait.
