<li>Advises supervisor if discrepancy when pulling orders</li>

<li>Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary.</li>

The Division works closely with Academic Affairs and key administrative units to support an integrated student-success experience.</span></p><br>
<p><span>The Vice President provides strategic leadership for the Division, ensuring strong service standards, accountability, regulatory compliance, data quality, and continuous improvement across the student lifecycle.</span></p><br> <p><span>Scope of Work</span></p><br>
<p><span>The Vice President for Enrollment & Student Affairs (VP-ESA) provides strategic and operational leadership across the student lifecycle, from recruitment and admission through enrollment, student experience, retention, and graduation.</span></p><br>
<p><span>The VP-ESA leads strategic enrollment management and student affairs operations, using data-informed planning to support enrollment, student success, retention, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management. The role also ensures a high-quality and integrated student experience across relevant services and functions.</span></p><br>
<p><span>As a member of the University’s Executive Leadership, the VP-ESA advises the President on enrollment trends, student success, retention risks, regulatory matters, capacity needs, and emerging opportunities. <p><span>1. Strategic Enrollment Management</span></p><br>

<li><span>Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year strategic enrollment management plan aligned with AIU's mission, RISE Strategy, approved academic portfolio, capacity, and financial model.</span></li>
<li><span>Establish annual and multi-year enrollment targets for new, continuing, transfer, international, and, as programmes are introduced, graduate students, with clear KPIs and accountability.</span></li>
<li><span>Lead enrollment forecasting, scenario planning, market analysis, competitor analysis, demand modelling, and conversion analysis to inform institutional decisions.</span></li>
<li><span>Oversee the full recruitment funnel from enquiry and application through admission, deposit, registration, and enrollment, identifying and addressing points of attrition.</span></li>
<li><span>Develop yield and conversion strategies appropriate to Kuwait and the wider regional market, using evidence from historical trends, student behaviour, and campaign performance.</span></li>

This position is for the Management Operations Center Manage (MOC) supporting WEXMAC in Kuwait. The MOC Manager support role is expected to oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing projects across the entire program and serves as a liaison between program management, directorates, and site management teams. This role is responsible for the schedule and technical performance of the WEXMAC KU program. As MOC Manager, you will lead an operations team to capture and analyze workload, lessen costs, enhance quality, improve performance and reliability, and increase the overall competitiveness of our service delivery line. This position serves as a key client contact on status and performance as well as anticipating and fulfilling client needs to ensure contract compliance and mission assurance. The MOC Manager assesses project issues and in coordination with the respective directorates develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress. This role involves problem-solving and requires interaction with multiple directorates, including Public Works, Information Management, Installation Logistics, Emergency Services, Community Services, Supply Chain, Business Advisories, and Program Managers. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. + + High school graduate or equivalent is required + BA/BS in Hotel management or equivalent experience such as U.S Army, DPW Housing Management is preferred. + Ability to obtain host nation driver license. + Must be CAC Eligible and/or able to obtain a CAC. Experience: + + Approximately 3 years of hotel/housing experience with at least 1 year of reservation/scheduling experience. + Familiar with U.S. Army Protocol and DPW Housing operations. + Must have 5+ years of customer service experience. + A thorough understanding of Furnishings management including all facets of military in and out-processing. + Working experience of inventory and rotation operations. + Preferred Supervisory experience and two to three years of experience managing junior leadership and entry-level employees.
