Where You’ll Make a Difference Own the global dairy enzymes portfolio, including SKU optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic positioning. Develop and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Commercial teams. Drive profitability and growth through pricing strategies, cost management, and value creation. Lead cross-functional teams to execute successful product launches, including go-to-market planning, training, and post-launch evaluation. Support key customer interactions, co-development initiatives, and technical troubleshooting. Contribute to long-term strategy for dairy enzymes, identifying market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.
What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in enzymes or dairy applications. Proven track record in managing P&L and innovation portfolios. Strong understanding of dairy processing technologies and enzyme functionalities (e.g., lactases, proteases, coagulants,). Experience in global customer engagement and market launches. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).
How Would You Stand Out? Experience in enzyme manufacturing or dairy production. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food enzymes. Strategic mindset with ability to influence across functions and geographies. Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
