Position: Education Specialist

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20 - $40/hour

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

Design thought-provoking questions based on image and video scenarios. Develop clear explanations and structured answers to support learning objectives. Evaluate responses and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine guidelines and standards. Communicate educational content clearly and effectively. Interpret open-ended prompts and adapt strategies for better outcomes. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and educational value of all content.

Requirements

Strong experience in instructional design, teaching, or learning sciences. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Strong experience in evaluating reasoning and learning outcomes. Excellent written communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
