Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional (minimum 7 years) to join our team as Assistant to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise architectural and civil engineering projects
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts
- Oversee overseas projects and coordinate with international stakeholders
- Manage tenders for projects (preparation, submission, follow‑up)
- Lead and direct employees to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong client relations and represent the firm professionally
Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture, civil engineering, or project management
- Strong background in engineering consultancy
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent client relations and presentation skills
- Leadership, creativity, and organizational skills
- Smart, professional, and presentable
- Willingness to work long hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
