Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in compliance with relevant regulations, ensuring that all financial reporting is timely and precise, which aids in effective decision-making.
  2. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts, utilizing accounting software to identify discrepancies and ensure financial integrity.
  3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather necessary data and provide insights that shape financial planning.
  4. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients.
  5. Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to external auditors, facilitating a smooth review process.
  6. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations, thereby minimizing risks.
  7. Calculating and preparing attendance repot
  8. Analyze financial data and trends, providing detailed reports and recommendations to management that drive strategic decision-making.
  9. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and practices, participating in relevant training sessions to enhance your professional expertise.
