Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain the manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Documentation & Filing:
- Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
- Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.
- Draft letters, memos, and official communications as required.
Coordination & Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the manager, employees, and external parties.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes accurately.
Office Management:
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Compliance & Support:
- Adhere to KOC policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
- Support special projects or assignments as directed by management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles, preferably in the oil and gas or large corporate sector.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
