Administrative Support:

  • Manage and maintain the manager’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.

Documentation & Filing:

  • Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper-based).
  • Ensure confidential documents are handled securely.
  • Draft letters, memos, and official communications as required.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the manager, employees, and external parties.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes accurately.

Office Management:

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Compliance & Support:

  • Adhere to KOC policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
  • Support special projects or assignments as directed by management.


Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in secretarial/administrative roles, preferably in the oil and gas or large corporate sector.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
