Growth & Operations Lead at Wellness Start-up


About Qawam


Qawam is a growing center focused on movement, nervous system care, and long-term client transformation.

We are looking for someone who can help us improve and scale the next stage of the business — someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, improving client experience, strengthening marketing efforts, and helping a growing company operate at a higher level.

This is not a traditional corporate management role.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, execution-focused, and hungry to grow alongside the company.


The Role


As a Growth & Operations Lead, you will oversee and improve both the growth and operational side of Qawam.

Your role will include improving marketing execution, client experience, operational systems, reporting, team accountability, and helping the company grow in a more organized and efficient way.

You will help identify gaps, improve systems, organize workflows, follow up on execution, and ensure projects and initiatives move forward properly.


Responsibilities


Marketing & Growth

  • Help create and execute marketing plans and campaigns
  • Follow up on content production and marketing execution
  • Coordinate with videographers, designers, and external freelancers
  • Help improve lead tracking, conversion, and client retention
  • Work on increasing bookings and helping fill practitioner schedules
  • Improve referral systems and word-of-mouth growth
  • Support the planning and execution of upcoming online courses and cohorts
  • Identify opportunities to improve Qawam’s visibility and client demand


Client Experience

  • Improve the overall client journey and experience
  • Review client feedback and survey responses after sessions and programs
  • Identify patterns, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Help improve communication quality and follow-up systems
  • Work on service improvements and operational consistency


Operations & Systems

  • Improve operational workflows and internal systems
  • Help build and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Track KPIs and operational performance
  • Prepare reports and follow up on execution
  • Improve communication, accountability, and coordination within the team
  • Identify operational gaps and help solve them proactively
  • Support overall operational efficiency across the center



Salary

2000 – 2500 USD

Experience in operations, marketing, client experience, project management, business development, or growing businesses is preferred.


Preferred applicants include candidates with a background in marketing, sales, or MBA graduates.
