Job description

The Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the management of large teams, particularly overseeing the operations of security guards. This position requires a hands-on leader who has prior experience managing security guards and can effectively schedule and oversee 24/7 duty rosters, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction, periodically review and implement SOPs, prepare conclusive reports on operation's updates among other duties. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing diverse security teams, particularly in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and will be adept at fostering strong client relationships. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor should have the ability to drive, facilitating on-site visits and team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and supervise a large team of security personnel, ensuring effective scheduling of 24/7 duty rosters.
  2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support to enhance productivity.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.
  5. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  6. Implement training programs for staff to improve skills and service delivery.
  7. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
  8. Manage operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  9. Address and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that arise.
  10. .Drive to various sites as needed to oversee operations and support team members.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience managing large teams, particularly in security services.
  2. Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  10. Experience in the GCC region is highly desirable.
