Job description
1. This role will have 80% operations & implementation tasks and 20% design tasks. 2. Providing Maintenance & On-Site Support Services, System support Services during Company working hours and after working hours. 3. He / She will provide L3 support for Campus, Wireless, and Branches networks. 4. He / She will provide L1 support for Datacenter and WAN networks. 5. He / She will assess and implement network change requests 6. He / She will responsible for administration Routing and Switching from different vendors. 7. He / She will responsible to provide technical consultancy for implementation new technologies and solutions. 8. He / She will responsible for optimize network performance and security. 9. He / She will responsible for network availability and continuous operation of the Network Services. 10.He / She will participate in network design workshops and decisions. 11.He / She will participate in gathering and analysis requirements of new solutions. 12.He / She will coordinate with Company other IT and functional teams to support Company IT services operations. 13.He / She will provide knowledge transfer to other team members. 14.He / She will perform analysis and diagnosis of highly complex networking problems. 15.He / She will build simulated networks to resolve problems and compatibility issues, and perform an analysis of network designs. 16.He / She will keep up-to-date with the latest technology products, to provide highquality support in current and future services. 17.Performs other related duties as directed.
Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering. • Preferably 10 years’ experience in network operations or administration. • Expert Network level certifications such as CCIE, CCDE, or equivalent. • Deep understanding for different types of network such as Campus, Datacenter, Branches, Wireless, and Virtual. • Experience in designing and implementation network solutions. • Experience in multivendor network environment. • Deep understanding for all network layers protocols and technologies. • Deep understanding for network management & monitoring protocols and tools. • Network programmability and automation skill is preferred.
