We are seeking detail-oriented and observant Mystery Shoppers to evaluate and enhance the quality of service and customer experience across various retail and service locations in Kuwait. This role involves visiting assigned businesses anonymously, assessing specific criteria, and providing comprehensive feedback to help improve operations. Responsibilities: - Conduct anonymous evaluations of assigned retail and service locations in Kuwait according to provided guidelines. - Assess customer service, store cleanliness, product availability, and staff behavior with accuracy and impartiality. - Complete detailed reports based on observations and experiences within specified timeframes. - Provide constructive feedback that can help improve customer experience and operational standards. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while representing the company during evaluations.
