Job Description
- Oversee daily kitchen and confectionery production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and hygiene standards
- Manage staff attendance, scheduling, and overall team productivity
- Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery timelines, and catering requirements
- Monitor production output, inventory, and workflow to meet business targets and deadlines
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in kitchen or food production management, preferably in confectionery
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and production workflow optimization
