We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Secretary to support executive leadership and administrative teams in Kuwait. Key Responsibilities
- Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, and in-person) in both Arabic and English with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management for executives and departments.
- Prepare, format, and edit internal and external documents, reports, and presentations in both languages.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, records, and archives in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with HR and onboarding tasks, including documentation collection and workflow tracking as needed.
- Support procurement and office supply management, including vendor communications and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate internal communications, announcements, and meeting minutes; distribute follow-up actions and reminders.
- Handle basic bookkeeping support, expense reporting, and invoice processing under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and project coordination.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or related field; internship position with a relevance to office administration is preferred.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional email and presentation etiquette.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with calendar management tools; basic tech-savviness for document management systems.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Residency or eligibility to work in Kuwait; ability to commute to designated office location in Kuwait.
