Duties & Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
2. Conduct comprehensive inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
3. Utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques to analyze data and improve production processes.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Procurement, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, quality metrics, and compliance reports.
6. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
7. Train and mentor quality control team members on best practices and quality standards.
8. And any other duties needed to help drive the Company vision, fulfil our mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.
Skills
EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance or a related field.
With 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and or quality control related manufacturing environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
-Familiarity with testing methodologies, process control and instrumentation (IMTE).
-Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
-Proficient in using measurement and testing equipment, as well as quality management software.
-Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong working knowledge of Manufacturing and Quality operations.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
