Job Details

Support the development of software programs and use customer requirements to improve functionality, administration, testing & helpdesk support for company internal system.

1. To Develop Windows & Web application requested by Users.


2. Responsible for project testing and implementation.


3. To gather and document user requests for future product upgrades and enhancements.


4. To assist IT team in enhance existing software systems according to specifications.


5. To provide report generation solution using Crystal Reports.


6. Develop system queries that filter & generate date from centralized server.


7. Discovering system bugs and provides solutions.


Skills

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE LEVEL


- Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.



KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED


- Good analytical skills

- Customer relationships skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Be able to work both individually and as a team player 



COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS


- Relevant programming and development skills.

- SQL Server management preferred.

- Dot NET – Preferable.

- Understanding of LAN Administration and desktop support.
