Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project schedules and baseline programs
- Monitor project progress and update schedules
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress data
- Identify potential delays and schedule risks
- Assist in resource planning and allocation
- Maintain proper planning documentation and reports
- Support the planning team with time analysis and tracking project milestones
Skills
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Understanding of construction planning and scheduling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
