Purpose

To lead, manage, and coordinate all engineering activities related to Oil & Gas projects

(EPC/Construction), ensuring full compliance with contract requirements, client

specifications (KOC/KNPC/JO), international codes and standards, budget constraints, and

project schedule.

Job Responsibilities

 Manage and supervise multi-discipline engineering teams for Oil & Gas projects.

 Ensure all engineering deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and submitted in

accordance with contract specifications and project timelines.

 Review ITT documents, identify technical risks, and support tendering activities when

required.

 Coordinate with Client (KOC/KNPC/JO), Consultant, and internal departments to resolve

technical issues.

 Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO, IEC, etc.) and client

standards.

 Lead design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, constructability reviews, and technical

meetings.

 Monitor engineering progress and report status to management.

 Ensure proper coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction

teams.

 Control engineering budget and manpower allocation.

 Support site team in resolving technical issues during construction and commissioning

stages.

 Ensure as-built documentation and final dossier submission compliance.

Skills

Qualification and Skill

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline).

 Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil &Gas projects.

 Minimum 5 years in a managerial or lead engineering position.

 Experience in KOC / KNPC / JO project is highly preferred.

 Strong knowledge of EPC project execution.

 Excellent knowledge of Oil & Gas standards and specifications.

 Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
