Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical & BMS Draftsman with 5–8 years of experience in preparing electrical and Building Management System (BMS) drawings for building projects.

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed Electrical and BMS shop drawings based on design and project specifications.
• Develop layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, cable routing, and panel details.
• Prepare and update as-built drawings as per site conditions and engineer instructions.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, BMS Engineers, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments and client feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records.
• Ensure drawings comply with project standards and specifications.

Skills

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Electrical systems and BMS drawings.
• Understanding of HVAC control systems, ELV, and building automation layouts.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical design drawings.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial building projects.
• Knowledge of Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.
