Job Details

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing and managing the company’s wholesale and business-to-business sales channels, including dealers, resellers, retailers, and corporate clients. The role focuses on achieving revenue targets, expanding the distribution network, strengthening relationships with key accounts, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies for the company’s electronics product portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the wholesale and B2B channels in line with the company’s commercial objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retailers, dealers, resellers, and corporate clients.
  • Expand the company’s distribution network by onboarding new partners and strengthening existing relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product demand to identify growth opportunities.

Account & Channel Management

  • Manage relationships with key wholesale customers, dealers, and B2B accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with wholesale clients in coordination with senior management.
  • Ensure proper execution of trade agreements, promotions, and product launches within the wholesale channel.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their business needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Sales Performance & Revenue Management

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives for the wholesale and B2B segment.
  • Monitor sales performance across different channels and accounts and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to demand planning and inventory planning with supply chain teams.
  • Optimize product mix and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and margins.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop the wholesale/B2B sales team (field sales executives).
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotions, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to clients.
  • Collaborate with finance and credit control teams to manage payment terms, credit limits, and collections.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, performance analysis, and market insights for senior management.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, customer performance, and channel profitability.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.


Skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in electronics distribution, or consumer electronics.
  • Proven experience managing wholesale, or B2B accounts.
  • Experience leading and managing a sales team is highly desirable.
