Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator / Administrative Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of daily office operations. This role combines administrative excellence with hands on coordination across order monitoring, shipment management, item verification, authentication processes, and packaging quality control.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless workflows, accurate documentation, and timely execution of tasks while maintaining the highest standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism. They will coordinate with external partners, follow up on operational tasks, and anticipate potential issues to implement effective solutions.
This role also involves supporting process improvements, maintaining proper records, tracking orders and shipments, ensuring adherence to internal procedures, and contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of the office. The candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the brand’s commitment to quality and efficiency.
