Job Details

To collaborate closely with the Brand Manager to define, align, and execute the overall business sales strategy. Develop and implement SMART operational sales plans that support the Group’s strategic objectives and ensure coordination of all relevant sales activities across departments.


Drive achievement of departmental financial targets and manufacturer objectives through effective sales planning, performance management, and pipeline control. Lead and develop the sales team through strong leadership, structured governance, and the consistent application of Operational Excellence across the full sales lifecycle.


Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and corporate values, acting as a brand ambassador and representing the organization with integrity at all times.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand B2B sales across Fleet, Rental & Leasing, Wholesale, and Government Tenders (Ministries, Oil & Gas, Semi-Government entities, etc.).
  • Develop and execute market penetration strategies for assigned automotive brands to maximize fleet and bulk sales performance.
  • Manage, motivate, and drive a team of B2B Sales Executives; lead negotiations and close high-volume fleet and tender deals.
  • Design competitive pricing, financing, and promotional strategies aligned with fleet, leasing, and tender business models.
  • Build strong relationships with government entities, corporate clients, banks, and NBFCs to facilitate deal closures.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams to implement targeted B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, profitability, stock levels, CRM processes, and manufacturer scorecards to achieve sales and financial targets.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence across the full sales lifecycle.


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Prior experience managing or working with a Chinese automotive brand (e.g., Geely, Chery, Great Wall Motors, BYD Auto).
  • Proven experience in the Kuwait automotive market, including local consumer behaviour, dealer networks, and regulatory environment.
  • Valid Visa Article 18 (Transferable).
  • Bilingual: Excellent written and spoken English & Arabic.


Education:

  • Diploma, University Degree, or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.


Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years in a similar or related business role.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
