Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and document observations accurately.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, identify patient needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges while ensuring proper communication with families and care teams.
- Participate in rounds, contribute to evidence-based decision-making, and escalate concerns promptly.
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (local and national) in all clinical activities.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health promotion strategies.
- Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and achieve positive health outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and keep current with medical best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited university.
- Current nursing license
