Job Details

HR Operations & Administration

•Oversee day-to-day HR operational activities including onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.

•Complete onboarding formalities in accordance with company policies, including documentation and system updates.

•Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee files, HR records, and documentation.

•Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all HR records and data.

•Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.


Employee Relations & Engagement

•Foster positive employee morale and engagement through transparent internal communication, recognition programs, and employee events.

•Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely, fair, and empathetic manner to promote a positive work environment.

•Conduct investigations into employee relations matters, applying analytical skills to gather facts and support informed decision-making.

•Advise management on disciplinary actions and terminations in compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

•Collaborate with managers and supervisors to address performance and behavioral issues effectively.

•Support and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and overall workplace morale.


Payroll, Attendance & Reporting

•Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth processing and timely resolution of HR-related matters.

•Verify overtime sheets in accordance with approved OT policies and employee attendance records.

•Follow up on probation confirmations and performance appraisal processes.

•Assist in preparing HR reports including weekly updates, monthly HR reports, surveys, and internal initiatives.


Administration & Support

•Manage and maintain records related to outsourced contracts, invoice verification, vehicle details, and drivers’ lists.

•Maintain accommodation records and support verification of facility maintenance invoices.

•Assist in managing business travel requests and reimbursements in line with company policies.

•Coordinate travel plans and schedules for employees when required.


Team Support & Continuous Improvement

•Respond to routine HR queries related to policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex matters when required.

•Support HR team members across HR activities and promote a collaborative team environment.

•Assist in planning and execution of employee-related events such as meetings, recognition programs, motivation initiatives, and farewell events.

•Contribute ideas, suggestions, and feedback to support continuous improvement of HR practices.

•Perform assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.

•Carry out any other HR-related duties assigned by the Manager – HR.

•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., HR Web, Mystro).

• Knowledge of Kuwait labor law
