PASTRY SOUS CHEF - KUWAIT
We have been retained by a well-established dessert concept in Kuwait that is looking to hire a Pastry Sous Chwf. The Pastry Sous Chef willassist the Executive Pastry Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, specializing in high-quality chocolate work, plated desserts, and pastries.
Role brief:
Key responsibilities include training staff, enforcing food safety (HACCP), managing inventory, and ensuring consistent, creative, and luxurious product presentation.
Requirements:
- Advanced chocolate tempering and tempering techniques, sugar work, and high-volume production experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and creative flair.
- Culinary arts diploma or degree with a focus on pastry/chocolaterie.
Salary package: KWD500 - 575 + benefits
