Finance Manager

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting function in Kuwait. The Finance Manager will ensure the company’s financial health, provide strategic insights, and support decision-making across the organization while maintaining compliance with local and international financial regulations. This role also serves as a key liaison with our parent company in Italy.


Responsibilities:

•Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business strategy.

•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and headquarters.

•Monitor and analyze financial performance, costs, margins, and productivity to provide actionable insights.

•Ensure cash flow management, liquidity planning, and optimal fund allocation.

•Maintain compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local financial regulations.

•Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.

•Identify and implement process improvements, financial controls, and risk management strategies.

•Support strategic projects, investments, and business growth initiatives with financial insights.


Authorities & Accountabilities:

•Authorized to manage bank interactions and coordinate audits.

•Accountable for the accuracy and credibility of financial reporting and analyses.

•Provide financial guidance and oversight to internal departments and staff.

•Ensure timely reporting to local management and parent company in Italy.


Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, CFA or CPA is an advantage.

•Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with managerial exposure preferred.

•Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

•Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.
