We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales / Call Center Agent to promote and sell banking products, primarily credit cards, through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote credit cards and banking products
- Explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly
- Generate leads and convert calls into successful sales
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
- Handle customer inquiries and address objections professionally
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and call quality standards
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals
Skills
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or banking sales is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good knowledge of credit cards and banking products (preferred)
- Customer-focused with strong listening skills
