Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the technical work carried out by network engineers, guide them through various stages of work, assess their acquired expertise, and ensure the quality of their output.
- Develop plans and schedules for the implementation of network system development and upgrade projects, discuss costs, determine suitable alternatives, and propose appropriate actions and recommendations.
- Review and audit the outputs of systems and programs to ensure compliance with specifications, technical standards, and work requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications for equipment and software used by network engineers by conducting necessary studies on technologies and tools that support network systems.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain proposed network systems to the beneficiary entity and ensure they meet the required needs.
- Train and develop network engineers on new systems and software to enhance their skills and provide them with the necessary experience to improve their performance.
- Perform similar or related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Skills
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer, or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- At least 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in English.
