Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the technical work carried out by network engineers, guide them through various stages of work, assess their acquired expertise, and ensure the quality of their output.
• Develop plans and schedules for the implementation of network system development and upgrade projects, discuss costs, determine suitable alternatives, and propose appropriate actions and recommendations.
• Review and audit the outputs of systems and programs to ensure compliance with specifications, technical standards, and work requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications for equipment and software used by network engineers by conducting necessary studies on technologies and tools that support network systems.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain proposed network systems to the beneficiary entity and ensure they meet the required needs.
• Train and develop network engineers on new systems and software to enhance their skills and provide them with the necessary experience to improve their performance.
• Perform similar or related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Skills

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer, or Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience:

• At least 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English.
