Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Promotion and Sales
- Proactively contact and engage with healthcare professionals within private hospitals to promote and sell pharmaceutical products tailored to their needs and practice requirements.
- Schedule and conduct detailed product presentations to doctors, emphasizing the benefits and effectiveness of the medicines and medical products offered by Mohamed Naser Al Hajery & Sons.
- Process orders from healthcare professionals, managing the sales cycle from initiation to delivery to ensure timely access to pharmaceutical products.
Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare staff in private hospitals, understanding and fulfilling their requirements efficiently.
- Offer ongoing support and detailed product information to healthcare professionals, thereby building trust and enhancing long-term relationships.
Market and Product Knowledge
- Continually enhance personal knowledge of medicines and sales techniques, staying aligned with the latest medical and technical advancements.
- Keep abreast of market trends, including new healthcare initiatives, legislative changes, and competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and utilize external networks to understand broader market dynamics and apply insights to improve sales strategies.
Reporting
- Collect and analyze information from interactions with healthcare professionals to aid in the development of accurate sales forecasts and strategic planning.
- Propose and implement innovative sales strategies and pricing models to attract new clients and retain existing ones, ensuring sustained growth.
Skills
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience
- Specialized in skincare / dermatology, with Kuwait experience being a value add.
