About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Garden Cafe at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
- Take guest orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Prepare and maintain the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to deliver exceptional service.
