A leading Construction Project in Qatar is hiring for High-Level Quantity Surveyor
Qualification:Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent). Professional certifications (MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) are a plus. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and project management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven GCC experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities:Lead cost planning, estimation, and budget control for large-scale projects. Manage tendering processes and evaluate contractor bids. Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with GCC standards. Provide strategic advice to senior management on project financials. Mentor and supervise junior staff.
