About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Waiter/ess to join Garden Cafe at Jumeirah Messilah Beach. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Provide professional, friendly, and efficient food and beverage service to guests in accordance with hotel standards.
• Take guest orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Prepare and maintain the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, proper table setup, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally, resolve concerns promptly, and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to deliver exceptional service.

About You:

• Should have 2-year minimum experience in same role in a five-star hotel.
• Work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes on a daily basis
• Well versed English communication and writing skills.

• Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment
