A Kuwait-based organization operating within the food and beverage sector for more than a decade. The company develops and manages a portfolio of restaurant concepts, overseeing culinary operations, quality standards, and continuous operational excellence across multiple outlets

About The Role

To manage the movement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment across projects, ensuring timely deliveries through effective coordination of international and local shipments, customs clearance, asset relocation, and accurate record‑keeping.

Skills

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree or any relevant field
• At least 3 + years of proven experience in coordinating international and local shipments.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance and import processes.
• Background in importing technically regulated goods (e.g., lighting, electrical fixtures) with compliance certifications.
• Skilled in working with freight forwarders, shippers, and customs agents.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple concurrent shipments.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping discipline.
• Experience in fit-out, construction, FF&E, or retail/hospitality supply chains would be desirable
• Familiarity with GCC customs procedures and ports would be desirable
• Experience coordinating deliveries across multiple sites and branches
• Must have a valid Kuwait Transferable Visa 18
