Job Description

Role Summary:

The candidate will drive the success of our advertising and promotional efforts by assisting in the management of campaigns, events, and collaborations. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to fulfill campaign requirements and contribute innovative ideas for enhanced brand engagement.

What's On Your Plate?

Advertising and Campaigns:

  • Assist in managing advertising, promotional campaigns, and events as per quarterly plans, adhering to brand guidelines and budget.
  • Support collaboration with cross-functional teams to fulfill campaign requirements.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance brand engagement with targeted communities.
  • Draft and create content for campaigns.

In-App Marketing:

  • Update and maintain campaigns in line with plans.
  • Monitor, identify, and promptly address issues.

Customer Engagement and Events:

  • Assist in on-ground activations, overseeing marketing material, and managing promoters.
  • Assist in setting and running partnership campaigns.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and events for an impactful brand presence.

Payments and Suppliers:

  • Create and manage purchase requests.
  • Document and track activities in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Organize and track payments for the Marketing Department

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of media and advertising agency processes and workflows.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proven decision-making skills in marketing-related scenarios.
  • Ability to deliver work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ownership Skills. A highly motivated and proactive individual. Willing to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile to drive results.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to track performance, identify gaps, and address issues proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
