Roles & Responsibilities
System Support
MS-Windows Server and Client OS installation and basic configurations.
System Image Deployment and collecting.
System Updates Deployment and releases execution.
MS-SQL installation and basic configurations.
Custom Application support (Troubleshoot , diagnose and logs collection).
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application, user, and system issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure high performance and availability of Systems.
Hardware installation, support, and troubleshooting Workstations PC , Desktop printer, and Kiosks machines.
Cable Installation & Laying
Install, route, and lay structured cabling systems including CAT5e, CAT6, CAT7, and serial cables (RS232 & RS485)
Ensure cables are properly organized, labelled, and managed in compliance industry standards
Terminate copper cables at patch panels, wall outlets, and equipment
Perform cable splicing, crimping, and connector installation to required standards
Conduct cable testing using appropriate tools to verify signal integrity and performance
Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify faults or failures in cabling infrastructure
Support the configuration and verification of basic connectivity across sites
Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards during all installation activities
Others
Perform basic electrical measurements including voltage, current, resistance, and power readings using standard instruments (multi-meters, clamp meters, etc.).
Carry out installation, configuration and termination of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems and connected electric cables.
Carry out site surveys and assessments prior to installation works.
Coordinate team members to meet the timeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Valid Kuwait Residence Permit.
Valid Kuwait Driving License and personal vehicle.
IT graduation (bachelor’s level)
