- Design and develop seasonal handbags, small leather goods, and fashion accessories collections aligned with brand direction, market trends, and customer preferences. - Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, colorways, material selections, hardware concepts, and complete tech packs for sampling and production. - Conduct trend forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and market research across global luxury, premium, and commercial fashion brands. - Work closely with buyers, product development teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth sample development, costing, and production execution.
