Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and explain product features.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred; however, candidates with a background in luxury retail sales and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
