Responsibilities (for both roles):
• Manage and supervise project execution on-site
• Review and coordinate shop drawings
• Prepare and review payment certificates linked to progress
• Perform quantity take-offs and BOQ analysis
• Prepare professional, technical, and progress reports
• Review contracts and manage contractual obligations
• Handle variation orders (VO) and assess impact
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and management
• Review submittals and material approvals
• Monitor schedules and analyse delays
• Manage snagging and handover processes
Additional Responsibilities (Architectural Engineer):
• Develop architectural designs from concept to execution
• Provide practical and buildable design solutions
• Develop facades and detailed architectural elements
• Prepare high-level presentations and visual outputs
• Coordinate with all disciplines
