Experience:
- Proven experience in collections, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and debt collection regulations.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
