Job Role:
Support the development and implementation of Operations Integrity (OI) frameworks, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Operations Integrity policies, procedures, and standards
- Monitor compliance with HSE and operational integrity requirements
- Support risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
- Coordinate with operations, HSE, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to OI standards
- Track and report OI performance metrics and KPIs
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements in operational processes
- Assist in training and awareness programs related to operations integrity

- 3–6 years of experience in Operations Integrity / HSE (Oil & Gas preferred)
- Relevant certifications or training in HSE, Risk Management, or ISO standards preferred
