Job Role:

Support the development and implementation of Operations Integrity (OI) frameworks, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the organization in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Operations Integrity policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor compliance with HSE and operational integrity requirements
• Support risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations
• Coordinate with operations, HSE, and engineering teams to ensure adherence to OI standards
• Track and report OI performance metrics and KPIs
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements in operational processes
• Assist in training and awareness programs related to operations integrity

• 3–6 years of experience in Operations Integrity / HSE (Oil & Gas preferred)
• Relevant certifications or training in HSE, Risk Management, or ISO standards preferred
