Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, or Construction projects.
- Proven experience in project coordination, documentation, and executive-level support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all official correspondence, reports, and project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely circulation.
- Monitor and follow up on management directives, project action items, and departmental submissions to ensure completion.
- Consolidate and present operational and project performance updates for management review.
- Track and ensure timely processing of ECPs, technical submissions, and approvals.
- Coordinate management meetings, project reviews, and departmental briefings, ensuring follow-up on all action points.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive management information with utmost discretion.
- Serve as the central communication point between management, project teams, and support departments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Action Item Completion Rate: % of management-assigned tasks completed within deadlines.
- Report Accuracy & Timeliness: % of reports submitted on time and error-free.
- ECP & Submission Turnaround: Average time to process and circulate technical submissions and approvals.
- Meeting Follow-up Efficiency: % of action items from meetings completed within agreed timelines.
- Communication Effectiveness: Timely and accurate information flow between management, projects, and departments.
