Job Description
- Remote work only, part-time (hours negotiable).
- Minimum of 3 years experience preferred.
- Preference for candidates with direct experience in the Gulf market, especially Kuwait.
- Experience in education, training courses, or educational institutions is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content plans and strategies for social media accounts, focusing on Instagram.
- Create professional and engaging content that drives interaction and sales.
- Prepare portfolio work for various training courses.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure high-quality design output.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeted at the Kuwaiti market.
- Analyze results and measure performance, implementing continuous improvements.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally and promptly.
- Convert followers into potential clients, contributing to increased sales and subscriptions for training courses.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience managing business accounts across platforms, with a focus on Instagram.
- Ability to develop monthly or yearly content plans for social media.
- Experience collaborating with teams and guiding designers/editors.
- Skilled in writing content and responding to comments to increase engagement and sales.
- Practical experience creating and managing targeted ads in the Gulf market, specifically Kuwait.
- Ability to create portfolios for various training programs.
- Understanding of the Gulf audience, particularly the Kuwaiti market, and their purchasing behaviors.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaigns and improve performance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Arabic; English is a plus.
